Our return policy is applicable to both international & domestic level purchases.

  EXCHANGE IF THE SIZE IS NOT RECEIVED AS PER ORDERED . 

Exchange Period :- We accept the return exchange products or store credit within 07 days of products’ delivery date. In case, if you return it after 07 days, we will not accept it. So kindly return the products within 07 days. In case there is some defect or damage or loss parts  in product so the customer has to contact us within 48 hours after the delivery with the image of the parcel or product for proof after 48 hours if the customer contacts us than no exchange of the product will take place as per our policy .

Conditions :- Products have to be in its original conditions as they were delivered to you. We will not accept the products in below conditions.

Return & Pick up :- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by JIMNETO
